Quester II will be Closing After 41 Years

After 41 years of dedicated service to U.S. Embassies, it is with mixed emotions that I announce the closing of our office. This decision was not made lightly as it marks the end of an era filled with hard work, collaboration, and countless memories.
I am extremely proud of the creative process and time we have spent advising our embassy and domestic customers while creating custom art which reflected the posts of embassies worldwide.
We were the first in Iraq, Kabul and so many other countries sharing ideas and advising various entities within a U.S. Embassy on items for gratuities or products for sale in the various Associations within an embassy. But without fair competitive pricing from our suppliers for the past few years, and the mega online distributors who have taken over the marketplace we have hung on as long as we can.
Since our founding in 1984, by a former foreign service officer, our firm has been a place where with the talent of our staff and working with our diversified customers we were able to create memorable logos for Associations, as well as for Marine Detachments, GSO’s, DEA to name a few of the various entities in a U.S. Embassy. Over these four decades, we've witnessed tremendous growth, weathered financial challenges, and celebrated many successes. We are immensely proud of the role we've played in our support of those serving in embassies worldwide.
The office will officially close its doors on 12/31/25.
While our physical office will close, the relationships, experiences, and achievements we have shared will remain with us. I will still be on the internet, still the same e-mail, and always love hearing from the fabulous relationships we have developed over the course of 41 years.
Thank you for being a part of our story. We wish everyone continued success and happiness in the years to come.

2022 will be a challenging year for both Quester and our suppliers. 2021 saw supply disruptions, lack of inventory, transportation costs rising, and even the devaluation of the U.S. dollar to name but a few issues.
As such our suppliers are raising prices in order to control costs, reduce waste and increase turnaround time. Quester will do our utmost to try and keep up with the price changes which the suppliers are routinely updating by checking each time an estimate is needed and to also check inventory. Remember the longer it takes to place an order, the chances are inventory will be depleted and prices can go up.
I want to thank each of you for putting your trust in me during these difficult times, and I look forward to a great 2022 year. Our concierge, culturally aware service will continue, and new products will slowly be displayed on our website as we get new product information from our suppliers.
