If you are looking for concierge style service in promotional products, then QUESTER is the answer. If however you prefer to push a button without caring about the quality, then we are probably not the kind of firm you need.

Finding the perfect product for gratuities or to sell in your stores or even for your staff requires a firm that understands the various cultures, and has for over a lifetime worked and lived in the international arena.

2024 will continue to be a challenging year for both Quester and our suppliers. In 2021 we saw supply disruptions, lack of inventory, transportation costs rising, and even the devaluation of the U.S. dollar to name but a few issues which unfortunately continue today. It's the new reality.

As such our suppliers are raising prices in order to control costs, reduce waste and increase turnaround time. Quester will do our utmost to try and keep up with the price changes which the suppliers are routinely updating by our checking each time an estimate is needed and to also check inventory. Remember the longer it takes to place an order, the chances are inventory will be depleted and prices can go up.

We have over 100,000 possibilities but unlike other websites we decided not to put them all on line. This becomes confusing to our customers, and quite frankly burdensome to have to wade through a thousand possibilities of the same product. So if there is something specific you are interested in and you do not see it on our site, just ask us. We will be delighted to send you several choices of any item in our industry that fits your request if available. That said we encourage you to look in each catagory on our site.
