Supplier sites that offer internet chats may be technology saavy, but are not personal and there is no guarantee of the quality of the product. The only guarantee is the swiftness of your fingers pushing the buy button.
Quester has always believed in personalized service, and will continue to serve in this capacity. A one on one will be the only way to get what you need, at the right price and in a timely manner.
Pricing can and does change with our suppliers, so we always double check prior to quoting. If there happens to be a sale on an item, we like to take advantage of that for our customers as well.
Freight is somethng we have no control over, and can only apologize in advance of the continued cost factors. We are at the mercy of the suppliers.
